1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on licensing of production of surveying works.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 26, 2006 N 392 "About licensing of production of surveying works" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, N 27, the Art. 2937);

Item of 11 changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the state control (supervision), approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 21, 2010 N 268 (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, N 19, the Art. 2316);

Item of 14 changes which are made to orders of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning the state fee, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 24, 2010 N 749 (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, N 40, the Art. 5076).

Regulations on licensing of production of surveying works

1. This Provision determines procedure for licensing of production of the surveying works which are carried out by legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.

2. Licensing of production of surveying works is performed by Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision (further - the licensing body).

3. The licensed activities include accomplishment of the following works and services:
