About licensing of production of surveying works

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on licensing of production of surveying works.

2. Determine that the licenses for activities on production of surveying works granted in accordance with the established procedure before adoption of this resolution are valid before the termination of the term specified in them.

3. Recognize invalid:

the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 4, 2002 N382 "About Licensing of Activities in the field of Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities and Production of Surveying Works" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 23, the Art. 2182) regarding licensing of activities for production of surveying works;

the subitem "zh" of Item of 76 changes which are made to the resolutions of Council of Ministers of RSFSR, the Government of RSFSR and the Government of the Russian Federation concerning state registration of the legal entities approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 3, 2002 N731 (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, N 41, by the Art. 3983).
