1. The regulations on procedure for provision in lease of state-owned property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of April 8, 2009 No. 102 (joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2009, No. 4, Art. 26), to add with Item 103 following of content:
"103. Under the organization by subjects of entrepreneurship of phytobars in the state organizations the rent for use of object of state-owned property is established in the amount of 50 percent from rent cost".
"In case of the organization of phytobars by establishment of bezkontakty vending (vending) machines the rent for use of state-owned property is not charged".
