2. Determine administrators of exchange of information who provide and perform technical support of the procedure of giving of requests and receipt of answers, the state company "National Information Systems" and the State Tax Administration of Ukraine.

3. Information exchange is performed exclusively electronically by technical means of electronic communications with observance of requirements of the Laws of Ukraine "About electronic documents and electronic document management", "About electronic confidential services", "About information security in information and communication systems", "About personal data protection".
