About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 30, 2019 No. 47

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 30, 2019 No. 47 "About approval of the Procedure for entering into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming of data on licensing of type of economic activity, documents of allowing nature" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 12, the Art. 418) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 30, 2019 No. 47

1. In the resolution:

1) in the name of the resolution of the word "licensing of type of economic activity," to exclude;

And figures of "item 4 of part two of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "On licensing of types of economic activity" and" to exclude 2) in preamble of the resolution of the word;

3) in Item 1 of the word "licensing of type of economic activity," to exclude;

To "Bodies of licensing and allowing bodies" shall be replaced with words 4) in Item 3 of the word to "Allowing bodies", and "licenses and" to exclude words.

2. According to the procedure of entering into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming of data on the licensing of type of economic activity, documents of allowing nature approved by the specified resolution:

1) in the name of the Procedure for the word "licensing of type of economic activity," to exclude;
