Bring in the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for support of regional policy and the Procedure for carrying out competitive selection of projects of regional development which can be implemented at the expense of the means of the government budget received from the European Union, No. 827 "Some questions of financing of programs and projects of regional development" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 16, 2016 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 92, by Art. 3001; 2020, No. 16, the Art. 624), changes which are applied.

1. The subitem 8 of Item 3 of the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for support of regional policy to state in the following edition:
"8) payment (compensation) of the expenses connected with involvement of experts (evaluating the projects of regional development provided by applicants for carrying out competitive selection of projects of regional development which can be implemented at the expense of the budgetary funds received by the company, organization or the organization relating to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Regional Development);".
