About modification of the Procedure for the order the property seized by a court decision and transferred to bodies of the public executive service

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for the order the property seized by a court decision and transferred to bodies of the public executive service No. 985 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 11, 2002 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 29, Art. 1371; 2019, No. 100, the Art. 3349), changes which are applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except the paragraph of the third subitem 1 of Item 1 and Item of 3 changes approved by this resolution which become effective since January 1, 2021.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for the order by the property seized by a court decision and transferred to bodies of the public executive service

1. In Item 18:

1) in paragraph one:

words "The confiscated alcoholic beverages, ethyl alcohol are liable to destruction or industrial conversion. Confiscated" shall be replaced with words "The confiscated alcoholic beverages, ethyl alcohol,";
