About modification of Rules of execution of visas to entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Rules of execution of visas to entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2017 No. 118 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2017, No. 22, Art. 623; 2018, No. 25, the Art. 895, No. 92, the Art. 3057), changes which are applied.

2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs within 60 days from the date of entry into force of this resolution to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Item 1 of this resolution which becomes effective since November 1, 2020.

Changes which are made to Rules of execution of visas to entry into Ukraine and transit through its territory

1. State Items 33 and 34 in the following edition:

"33. The visa in electronic form is drawn up as one-time, double for a period of up to 30 days for entry into Ukraine with the business, private, tourist purpose, and also for the purpose of treatment, implementation of activities in the field of culture, science, education, sport, for the purpose of execution of service duties by the foreign correspondent or representative of foreign mass media.

34. For execution of the one-time visa in electronic form the consular fee on the tariff charge of 20 US dollars is levied.

For execution of the double visa in electronic form the consular fee on the tariff charge of 30 US dollars is levied.
