Bring in the Regulations on the Public regulatory service of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 24, 2014 No. 724 "Some questions of the Public regulatory service of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 4, the Art. 68), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the Public regulatory service of Ukraine

1. State item 4 in the following edition:

"4. GRS it agrees to the tasks assigned to it:

1) generalizes practice of application of the legislation on the questions which are within its competence develops offers concerning enhancement of legal acts, acts of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and gives them in accordance with the established procedure to the Minister of development of economy, trade and agricultural industry;

2) develops drafts of the laws of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the questions relating to GRS field of activity;

3) provides realization of the state regulatory policy in the field of economic activity and policy on issues of deregulation of economic activity on the principles of economic feasibility and efficiency of operation of regulatory acts, decrease in level of intervention of the state in activities of subjects of managing and removal of obstacles for development of economic activity;
