About some questions of the Single operator of housing construction

According to the subitem 2) of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 7, 2016 "About equity in housing construction" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Determine Kazakhstan Housing Company joint-stock company the single operator of housing construction.

2. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 26, 2016 No. 479 "About some questions of Fund of guaranteeing housing construction".

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
