About modification of the Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine

Bring in the Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 23, 2014 No. 280 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 60, Art. 1652; 2017, No. 41, Art. 1278, No. 86, Art. 2609; 2018, No. 37, the Art. 1294), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine

1. In subitem 8-1 of item 4 to replace the word "GFS" with the word "GNS".

2. In Item 11:

Paragraph one to state 1) in the following edition:

"11. The chairman of the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine is appointed to position and dismissed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the legislation on public service.";
