1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for conducting checks of compliance with law condition by judicial authorities about state registration of regulatory legal acts approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of January 19, 2012 No. 93/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 19, 2012 for No. 67/20380, which are attached.

2. (Iron ore H.) to provide to department of registration and systematization of legal acts state registration of this order in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
