Regulations on National council on development of the industry under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. General provisions

1. The national council under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on industrial development (further - Council) is the permanent interdepartmental advisory advisory body created for assistance of realization of state policy in the field of the industry.

2. Council in the activities is guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, the constitutional laws, the laws, decrees and orders of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, resolutions and orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also this Provision.
