About some questions of republican property

According to Item 1 of article 114 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Transfer 100% (hundred) state blocks of shares of "National Scientific Center of Oncology and Transplantology" joint-stock company to the authorized capital of "National Scientific Oncological Center" limited liability partnership (further - partnership).

2. Transfer republican property from balance of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the authorized capital of partnership according to appendix to this resolution.

3. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
