About approval of Rules of establishment of the mode at check points through Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic and the List of types of economic and other activity at check points through Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of implementation of Articles 23, 26 and 31 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
- Rules of establishment of the mode at check points through Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;
- The list of types of economic and other activity at check points through Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules of observance of the mode at automobile, pedestrian and railway check points through frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 7, 2009 No. 80.
3. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
