To provide to the state regulatory authorities participating in the omission through frontier of persons, vehicles, loads and other property and providing observance of the mode at check points through frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic proper execution of Rules of observance of the mode at automobile, pedestrian and railway check points through frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Coordination of activities of the state regulatory authorities at check points concerning observance of the mode of frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic and the mode at check points is assigned to heads of bodies of border control, maintenance of the mode of the customs control zone - on heads of bodies of customs control, productive and economic activity - on heads of administration of check points.
4. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
