About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in the field of the state market supervision

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication, except Item of 2 changes approved by this resolution which become effective in six months after entry into force of this resolution.

1. Item 5 of the Regulations on Public service of Ukraine on safety on transport approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 11, 2015 No. 103 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 22, Art. 604), to add with subitem 15-1 of the following content:
"15-1) exercises the state market supervision within the sphere of the responsibility;".
2. Paragraph one of Item 6 of Appendix 1 to the Technical regulation concerning bottles which are used as measuring reservoirs, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of August 19, 2015 No. 607 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 69, Art. 2268), to state in the following edition:
"6. The body for metrological supervision when carrying out metrological supervision establishes compliance of measuring bottles to requirements of the Technical regulation by implementation of statistical control on site of their production or in the importer or the manufacturer representative who are residents of Ukraine.".
