About approval of the Technique of carrying out the analysis of regulating impact of regulatory legal acts on activities of subjects of entrepreneurship

According to article 19 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic" and article 4 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About optimization of the regulatory legal base of regulation of business activity", being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the Technique of carrying out the analysis of regulating impact of regulatory legal acts on activities of subjects of entrepreneurship (further - ARV Technique) according to appendix.

2. To the ministries, the state committees, administrative departments, other state bodies, local government bodies (under approval):

1) to be guided by ARV Technique in case of project development of the regulatory legal acts regulating business activity;

2) to organize work in central offices and the subordinated organizations for studying of the Technique of ARV.

3. Determine the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic authorized body on:

1) to examination of ARV of projects of the regulatory legal acts regulating business activity on compliance to ARV Technique, and also the requirements approved by authorized body of specialized techniques;

2) to forming of policy of development of the ARV state system and mechanisms of its realization;
