About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of September 22, 2015 No. 122

Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of September 22, 2015 No. 122 "About approval of the Procedure for functioning of systems of electronic passports of vehicles (electronic passports of the chassis of vehicles) and electronic passports of self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment" changes according to appendix.

2. And electronic passports of self-propelled machines and other types of the equipment (further - electronic passports) till March 31, 2021 to provide to the administrator of systems of electronic passports of vehicles (electronic passports of the chassis of vehicles) for the authorized bodies of the Republic of Armenia performing registration of vehicles, and national operators of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic possibility of application of service for confirmation of statements from electronic passports for the free (free) circulation and registration of vehicles on which only electronic passports are drawn up.

3. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship arising since November 1, 2020.
