About rendering security services

For the purpose of expansion of service industry when implementing security activities:

1. Determine that Gardservice LLC:

1.1. has the right:

along with other organizations performing security activities, determined by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 8, 2006 No. 175-Z "About security activities" to render security services (appendix 1);

with observance of the requirements established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 13, 2001 No. 61-Z "About weapon" and other legislation to acquire in property, to store and transfer to the workers office and civil weapon and ammunition to it for the purpose of accomplishment of service (official) duties on rendering security services;

1.2. shall inform the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the conclusion (termination) of agreements on the rendering security services according to the procedure established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Requirements to employees of Gardservice LLC, and also their right and obligation are determined in appendix 2.

3. Requirements of security service specialists of the President of the Republic of Belarus, law-enforcement bodies and state security agencies about temporary suspension of use and use of office and civil weapon when rendering by employees of Gardservice LLC of security services are obligatory to immediate execution.

4. Non-execution by employees of Gardservice LLC of regulations of this Decree is the basis for cancellation to the corresponding workers of permissions to storage and carrying weapon.

5. To add the list of legal entities with singular authorized problems approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2002 No. 473, with Item 12 of the following content:
