Based on Item 2 of article 36-1 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 15, 1993 "About fire safety" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 2403-XII

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for carrying out the state fire supervision of checks of state bodies by bodies, subordinate (accountable) to the President of the Republic of Belarus, the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, local councils of deputies, executive and administrative organs it (is applied).

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
