For the purpose of enhancement of system of the state control in the field of legal drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors, according to Articles 1, 2 and 5 Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic "About drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors which are subject to control in the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 9, 2007 change No. 543  according to appendix.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
