Bring in the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for realization of nation-wide actions in the field of education, No. 131 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 19, 2020 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 20, the Art. 762), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for use of the means provided in the government budget for realization of nation-wide actions in the field of education

1. To state the subitem 6 of Item 3 in the following edition:

"6) development, conducting examination, acquisition, maintenance and placement in information and telecommunication systems of remote rates for job seekers of complete general secondary education and pedagogical workers;".

2. Exclude Item 6.

3. Add Item 29 with the paragraph of the following content:

"The manager of budgetary funds of the lowest level for development, conducting examination, acquisition, maintenance and placement in information and telecommunication systems of remote rates for job seekers of complete general secondary education and pedagogical workers can perform advance payment in the amount of 25 percent of cost of goods, works and services which according to the signed agreement are supposed to be delivered (to execute, render) within the current year.".
