About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 14, 2004 No. 8

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 14, 2004 No. 8 "About approval of the Procedure for provision by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of permission to use of the patented invention (useful model) or the registered topography of integral chip" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 2, the Art. 38) changes which are applied.

1. In the resolution:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in the name and Item 1 of the resolution of the word of "the registered topography of integral chip" "the registered configuration of semiconductor products";
" Shall be replaced with words 2) in introductory part of the word of "the Law of Ukraine "On protection of the rights on topography of integral chips "the Law of Ukraine "On protection of the rights to configuration of semiconductor products".
2. According to the procedure of provision by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine permissions to use of the patented invention (useful model) or the registered topography of integral chip, approved by the specified resolution:
1) in the name and the first offer of Item 1 of the Procedure for the word of "the registered topography of integral chip" shall be replaced with words "the registered configuration of semiconductor products";
