About approval of the Technical regulation of means of cryptographic information security

According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About technical regulations and assessment of conformity" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Technical regulation of means of cryptographic information security which is attached to the original.

2. To provide to administration of Public service of special communication and information security implementation of the Technical regulation approved by this resolution.

3. Determine that till January 1, 2027 provision in the market and/or commissioning of means of cryptographic protection which were introduced into circulation about day of entry into force of this resolution cannot be forbidden or limited.

3-1. Determine that for warlike situation and within 12 months after its termination or cancellation provision in the market and/or commissioning of systems and means of cryptographic information security to which features of protection of the state information resources or information with limited access which are used by the Ministry of Defence and Armed Forces, No. approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 18, 2024 719, without application of provisions of the technical regulation of means of cryptographic information security approved by this resolution extend is allowed.

4. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

5. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2022.
