According to part eight of Article 31 of the Customs code of Ukraine, I ORDER to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375,:
1. Approve the Procedure for accomplishment of customs formalities in case of failure of the automated system of customs clearance or the Single automated information system of customs authorities which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of April 7, 2005 No. 257 "About approval of the Procedure for control of movement of goods in case of failure of the Single automated information system of the State Customs Service of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 29, 2005 for No. 463/10743.
3. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of customs policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. I reserve control of execution of this order and I assign to the Chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
