According to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 24.08.2000 No. 1022 "Questions of the State Customs Service of Ukraine" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure of control of the goods delivery in case of failure of the Single automated information system of the State Customs Service of Ukraine and non-admission of groundless delay of goods on customs border of Ukraine I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for control of movement of goods in case of failure of the Single automated information system of the State Customs Service of Ukraine (further - the Procedure) it (is applied).
Determine that the Procedure is applied according to the separate administrative document of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
2. To chiefs of customs authorities to bring the Procedure to the attention of staff and to organize its strict accomplishment.
3. To provide to the head of department of information support and customs statistics completion of the corresponding program and information complex for practical implementation of requirements of the Procedure by customs authorities.
4. To legal support department (Stupak Yu. V.) and (Malnov V. S.) to provide to Department of the organization of customs control submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
5. Determine that this order becomes effective in 10 days from the date of its official publication.
6. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the vice-chairman of State Customs Service of Ukraine Pashko P. V.
