About procedure for forming and maintaining the register of the issued certificates of conformity and the registered declarations of conformity

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on forming and maintaining the register of the issued certificates of conformity and the registered declarations of conformity (further - the Provision).

2. Determine that concerning the certificates of conformity issued before the date of entry into force of this resolution, the declarations of conformity registered before the date of entry into force of this resolution, the Provision is applied in the part concerning storage, access and provision to interested persons of data from the register of the issued certificates of conformity and the registered declarations of conformity which forming and maintaining are performed according to the Provision, and also regarding updating of data on suspension, renewal, prolongation or cancellation of such certificates of conformity, recognition their invalid, suspension, renewal or cancellation of such declarations of conformity, recognition by their invalid.

2(1). Before entry into force of the policy specified in Item 23 (1) Provisions, the national authority determines limiting amount of the certificates of conformity issued by certification bodies by accreditation as the average number of the issued certificates of conformity for certification bodies with similar area of accreditation, the numerical list of the workers participating in performance of works on confirmation of conformity and technical equipment for the period time (month, quarter, half-year or calendar year).

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021, except for:

Provision Item 29 which becomes effective since April 1, 2021;
