1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 18, 2020 No. 1856 "About procedure for forming and maintaining the unified register of certificates of conformity, the provisions containing in the specified register of data and payments for provision of such data" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 47, the Art. 7555).

2. Determine that this resolution is applied to the certificates of conformity and declarations of conformity which are drawn up before the date of entry into force of this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective since June 21, 2021, except for the paragraph of the third subitem "m" and the subitem "p" of Item of 7 changes approved by this resolution, which are becoming effective since August 1, 2021, paragraphs of the eleventh and twelfth subitem "n", the paragraph of the eleventh subitem "o" of Item of 7 changes approved by this resolution, which are becoming effective since September 1, 2021.

4. This resolution is effective till June 21, 2027.
