About modification of the procedures approved by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 3, 2006 No. 1081 and of September 2, 2015 No. 728

1. Bring in the Procedure for providing the military personnel and members of their families with premises approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 3, 2006 No. 1081 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, No. 31, the Art. 2238), and the Procedure for determination of the size and provision by the serviceman and to members of their families of monetary compensation for the premises ought to them for obtaining, No. 728 "Some questions of provision of housing for the military personnel and other citizens" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 2, 2015 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 76, the Art. 2503), changes which are applied.
2. To the ministries, other central executive bodies to bring into two weeks own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.

1. Third Item 23 of the Procedure for the providing the military personnel and members of their families with premises approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 3, 2006 No. 1081, to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"certificates of registration of the place of residence (stay) of the serviceman and the members of his family needing improvement of housing conditions;".
