Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 23, 2016 No. 852 "Some questions of licensing of economic activity on provision of services and performance of works of fire-proof appointment" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 94, the Art. 3085) changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 23, 2016 No. 852

1. In the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on provision of services and performance of works of fire-proof appointment approved by the specified resolution:

Paragraph one of Item 3 to state 1) in the following edition:

"3. For obtaining, renewal of the license, suspension of action, cancellation and renewal of action of the license (fully or partially), expansions or narrowings of implementation of economic activity on provision of services and performance of works of fire-proof appointment the license applicant submits to body of licensing the corresponding application in form according to appendices 1, 1-1 - 1-6.";

Item 5 to state 2) in the following edition:

"5. The statement for obtaining, renewal of the license, action suspension, cancellation and renewal of action of the license (fully or partially), expansion or narrowing of implementation of economic activity on provision of services and performance of works of fire-proof appointment and documents which are attached to it are accepted under the list of documents.";
