1. Approve:

The regulations on procedure for entering of data into single electronic system of accounting of notarial actions and heritable cases, structure of the entered data, and also on procedure for provision from this system of data (are applied);

The regulations on procedure for issue by notarial archives of the archive reference, the archive copy, archive statement (are applied).

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 13.06.2024 No. 418

3. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

3.1. ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 13.06.2024 No. 418
