2. This resolution becomes effective in the following procedure:
Items 1-3, paragraphs the sixth, seventh and eleventh Item 4, paragraphs the fifth or tenth Item 5, Item 6 and the paragraph the eleventh appendix Item 7 - since June 11, 2025;
the paragraph third appendix Item 7 - since June 16, 2025;
