Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Culture and information policy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 16, 2019 No. 885 "Some questions of activities of the Ministry of Culture and information policy" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 88, Art. 2942; 2020, No. 28, the Art. 1017), and the Regulations on the State agency of tourism development of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 24, 2019 No. 1162 "Some questions of activities of the State agency of tourism development" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 10, the Art. 377, No. 55, the Art. 1725), changes which are applied.

1. To state the subitem 168 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Culture and information policy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 16, 2019 No. 885, in the following edition:

regulations on the commission on establishment of categories to hotels and other objects which intend for provision of services on temporary placement (accommodation), and regulations on the commission on appeals;
