About approval of rates of customs fees

According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 24, 2018 the No. UP-5582 "About Additional Measures for Enhancement of Customs Administration and Increase in Efficiency of Activities of Bodies of the State Customs Service of the Republic of Uzbekistan" DECIDES: Cabinet of Ministers

1. Approve rates of customs fees according to appendix No. 1, providing:

expansion of types of the paid services rendered by bodies of the State Customs Service and establishment of fixed rates of customs fees;

cancellation of separate types of the customs fees connected with issue of documents of allowing nature and their reduction in compliance with international standards;

decrease in rates of customs duties for registration of goods in customs regimes "conversion on customs area" and "outward processing";

implementation of customs fees as financial measure instead of the administrative responsibility for non-compliance with delivery dates of the goods moved under customs control.

2. Determine that the amount of the arrived customs fees in accordance with the established procedure is transferred in the income of the republican budget less the amount of contributions to off-budget fund of the State Customs Committee in the amount of, established by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, and the annual membership fees of World Customs Organization.

3. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

4. To the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month;
