About modification of the Procedure for filling of the statement for release of goods before submission of the declaration on goods
According to Item 3 of Article 120 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union and Item 1 of article 10 of the Agreement on the mechanism of traceability of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2019 the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:
1. Bring in the Procedure for filling of the statement for release of goods before submission of the declaration on goods approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 13, 2017 No. 171, of change according to appendix.
2. This Decision becomes effective from the effective date Agreements on the mechanism of traceability of the goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2019, but not earlier than April 1, 2021.
