About additional measures for enhancement of allowing procedures in the field of traffic in weapons

According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About weapon", and also for the purpose of enhancement of allowing procedures in the field of traffic in weapons the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve:

The regulations on procedure for passing by legal entities of allowing procedures in the field of traffic in weapons and ammunition to it determining requirements and conditions of passing by legal entities of allowing procedures in the field of traffic in weapons and ammunition to it and also procedure for issue of the document of allowing nature or refusal in its issue, suspensions, the terminations or cancellations of action of the document of allowing nature and control of observance of allowing requirements and conditions, according to appendix No. 1 *;

The regulations on procedure for passing by citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, stateless persons and foreign citizens of allowing procedures in the field of traffic in weapons and ammunition to it determining requirements and conditions of passing of allowing procedures by physical persons in the field of traffic in weapons and ammunition to it and also procedure for issue of the document of allowing nature or refusal in its issue, suspensions, the terminations or cancellations of action of the document of allowing nature and control of observance of allowing requirements and conditions, according to appendix No. 2*.

2. Determine that:

before entry into force of this resolution the documents of allowing nature granting the right to implementation of actions and (or) activities in the field of traffic in weapons are valid before the expiration of their action.

legal entities and physical persons according to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About weapon" shall register the pneumatic weapon which is at them in internals within three months from the date of entry into force of this resolution of cases.

3. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.

4. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments:

provide the organization and holding actions for explanation of the purposes, content and the practical importance of this resolution;

in a month to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective after three months from the date of official publication.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan P. R. Bobozhonov.
