About approval of the list of the standards and technical specifications permitted for realization in means of cryptographic information security

According to Item 24 parts one of article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "About Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine", parts one and the second article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About standardization", the subitem 7 of Item 4, Item 10 of the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2014 No. 411, and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of cryptographic information security in compliance with the legislation ORDER:

1. Approve such which are applied:

1) the list of the standards and technical specifications permitted for realization in means of cryptographic information security (further - the List);

2) Technical specifications in RFC 5652.

2. Determine that:

1) in means of cryptographic protection of the state information resources or information which requirement concerning protection is established by the law cryptoalgorithms and cryptoprotocols which are national standards in volume of functions of safety according to the List are implemented if other is not established by regulatory legal acts;
