About questions of registration of right to claim on obligation fulfillment (under the agreement) concerning personal estate

For the purpose of implementation of article 21 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About pledge", according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the Instruction about right to claim order of registration on obligation fulfillment (under the agreement) concerning personal estate according to appendix.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on the Unified State Register of Rights of the requirement of personal estate" of February 13, 2017 No. 99 the following changes:

To "The central mortgage registration office under the Ministry of Justice" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 2 of the word to "Ministry of Justice";

2) in Regulations on the Unified State Register of Rights of the requirement of personal estate approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in Item 5 of the word "The Central Mortgage Registration Office under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic (Further — TsZRK)" shall be replaced with words "The Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - authorized state body)";

- in the paragraph the second Item 8 shall be replaced with words abbreviation of "TsZRK" "authorized state body";

- in Item 19 shall be replaced with words abbreviation of "TsZRK" "authorized state body".
