About the organization of activities of National knowledge center and innovations in agricultural industry under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan

For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 3, 2021 No. UP-6159 "About Further Enhancement of System of Knowledge and Innovations, and also Rendering Modern Services in Agricultural Industry":

1. To the Ministry of Agriculture, Agency on management of the state assets and Academy of Sciences:

a) create in system of National knowledge center and innovations in agricultural industry under the Ministry of Agriculture (further - the National center):

Research institution of bogharic agriculture based on Gallyaaralsky scientific experimental station of Research institution of grain and leguminous cultures;

Research institution of agriculture in the southern areas based on the Kashkadarya branch of Research institution of grain and leguminous cultures;

Science and production association of grain and rice based on the Karakalpak scientific experimental station of Research institution of grain and leguminous cultures and the Karakalpak scientific experimental station of Research institution of rice growing.

b) approve offers on transfer to system of the National center by reorganization in the form of public institution in accordance with the established procedure:

Research institution of gardening, wine growing and winemaking of name of the academician M. Mirzayev under Agency on development of gardening and greenhouse facility;

"Research Institution of Protection of Plants" limited liability companies of Uzagrokimyokhimoya Joint-stock company.

2. Approve:

Organizational structure of National knowledge center and innovations in agricultural industry under the Ministry of Agriculture according to appendix No. 1;
