About modification and amendments in presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 5, 2002 No. 917 "About approval of the Regulations on Calculating committee on control of execution of the republican budget" and of November 24, 2017 No. 590 "About the rating of regions and cities on ease of business and award of special award following the results"

I DECIDE:

1. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 5, 2002 No. 917 "About approval of the Regulations on Calculating committee on control of execution of the republican budget" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2002, No. 26, the Art. 273):

in Regulations on the Calculating committee on control of execution of the republican budget approved by the above-named Decree:

add Item 15 with subitems 29) and 30) of the following content:

"29) development and approval of technique of carrying out rating of regions and cities on ease of business;

30) carrying out rating of regions and cities on ease of business.";

add Item 16 with subitem 16-1) of the following content:

"16-1) considers cases on administrative offenses, constitutes on them protocols and imposes administrative punishments according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan about administrative offenses;";

2) in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 24, 2017 No. 590 "About the rating of regions and cities on ease of business and award of special award following the results" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2017, Art. No. 64-65, 382):

in Rules of award of special award by results of the rating of the regions and cities on ease of business approved by the above-named Decree:
