About approval of the list of machines, mechanisms, the equipment of the increased danger and introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

According to part four of article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About labor protection" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the list of machines, mechanisms, the equipment of the increased danger which is attached.

2. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 25, 2010 No. 725 "About approval of the list of certain actions concerning implementation of economic activity or types of economic activity which cannot be performed based on submission of the declaration of compliance of material and technical resources of the subject of managing to requirements of the legislation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 65, by Art. 2240; 2012, No. 81, Art. 3267; 2018, No. 15, the Art. 509) and of October 26, 2011 No. 1107 "About approval of the Procedure for issue of permissions to performance of works of the increased danger and on operation (application) of machines, mechanisms, the equipment of the increased danger" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 84, Art. 3077; 2016, No. 16, Art. 644; 2018, No. 15, Art. 509; 2020, No. 23, the Art. 892) changes which are applied.

3. Determine that the declarations of compliance of material and technical resources to requirements of the legislation concerning labor protection issued before entry into force of this resolution are effective before modification of such declarations.

4. This resolution becomes effective in month from the date of its publication.
