Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 12, 1999 No. 1228 "About provision to subjects of managing of powers on the right of implementation of export, military commodity import and the goods containing the data which are the state secret" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 28, Art. 1412; 2018, No. 80, Art. 2660; 2019, No. 61, Art. 2136, No. 66, Art. 2267; 2021, No. 4, the Art. 207) changes which are applied.

1. In Item 1-24 of the word and figures "on line items of ML10.a, ML10.d" shall be replaced with words also in figures "on line items of ML10.a, ML10.d, ML11.a, ML16".
2. In Item 1-25 of the word and figures of "military commodity export of own production on line items of ML6.a, ML10.a" shall be replaced with words also in figures of "military commodity export of own production on line items of ML6.a, ML10.a, ML10.d".
3. Add the resolution with Items 1-37 - 1-42 following of content:
"1-37. Provides till October 1, 2024 to CAR ASSEMBLY PLANT No. 2 affiliated enterprise of public joint stock company "the BOGDAN MOTORS AUTOMOBILE COMPANY of power on the right of implementation of military commodity export of own production on line items of ML2.d, ML6.a, ML13.b, ML 16, ML17.n, ML18.a, ML22.a of appendix to the Procedure of the state control of the international transfers of military goods approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 20, 2003 No. 1807 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 48, Art. 2506; 2017, No. 67, Art. 2011).
