About modification of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 6, 2017 No. 624 "About some questions of special economic zones"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 6, 2017 No. 624 "About some questions of special economic zones" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2017, Art. No. 44-45-46, 302) the following changes:

in Regulations on the special economic zone "Seaport Aktau":

exclude item 4;

to be reworded as follows the target indicators of functioning of the special economic zone "Seaport Aktau" approved by the specified resolution according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

in Regulations on the special economic zone "Ontust_k":

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. The special economic zone "Ontust_k" (further - SEZ) is located in the territory of the city of Shymkent according to the enclosed plan.

The territory of SEZ constitutes 225,0001 of hectare and is integral part of the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

exclude item 4;

to be reworded as follows appendix to the Regulations on the special economic zone "Ontust_k" approved by the above-stated resolution according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

to be reworded as follows the target indicators of functioning and critical level of not achievement of target indicators of the special economic zone "Ontust_k" approved by the specified resolution according to appendix 3 to this resolution;

in Regulations on the special economic zone "Pavlodar":
