About organizational measures for further enhancement of activities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations

According to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 10, 2019 No. UP-5706 "About Implementation in the Republic of Uzbekistan of Qualitatively New System of the Prevention and Liquidation of Emergency Situations, and also Ensuring Fire Safety" and for the purpose of further enhancement of activities of divisions for emergency situations:

1. Approve:

"Road map" on further enhancement of activities of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2019 - 2021 according to appendix No. 2.

Assign to heads of the ministries and departments of the republic the personal responsibility for timely and effective implementation of actions provided by "Road map".

3. Keep:

for 2019 financial year the operating procedure and the amounts of financing, payments of cash allowance to the certified employees and compensations to persons which do not have the special ranks provided for Head department of fire safety and Institute of fire safety;

for the certified staff of Head department of fire safety and Institute of fire safety of the right to use premises of specialized housing stock of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, arisen before entry into force of this resolution.

4. Determine that:

a) since January 1, 2020:

the single organizational and regular structure of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan is entered;
