About approval of Changes in the Technique of calculation of payment for overflowing of the reactive electric power
According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About the market of electrical energy", I ORDER to Item 4.34 of the Section IV of the Rules of the retail market of electrical energy approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of March 14, 2018 No. 312, for the purpose of reduction of the normative-right act in compliance with the legislation:
1. Approve Changes in the Technique of calculation of payment for overflowing of the reactive electric power approved by the order of the Ministry of Fuel and Energy of Ukraine of February 6, 2018 No. 87, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 2, 2018 for No. 392/31844, which are applied.
2. To provide to management of electrical power complex and market development of electrical energy:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;
promulgation of this order on the official website of the Department of Energy of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
