Based on part three of article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 15, 1993 No. 2403-XII "About fire safety", subitem 7.4 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2006 No. 756, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish the list of officials, representatives to exercise the state fire supervision, according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2020 No. 6 "About officials of bodies of the state fire supervision".
3. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2021.
