In pursuance of requirements of part three of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About authorization system in the field of economic activity", for the purpose of settlement of procedure for forming, maintaining and use of the document register of allowing nature I ORDER:

1. Approve the Temporary procedure for forming, maintaining and use of the document register of allowing nature it (is applied) which is effective before entering of corresponding changes into the legislation of Ukraine regulating authorization system in the field of economic activity.

2. Determine that:

The State Committee of Ukraine on Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship is specially authorized body concerning authorization system in the field of economic activity which provides maintaining the document register of allowing nature (further - Reestr), is manager Reestra, performs methodological ensuring activities of allowing bodies and the state administrators, approves sample of the magazine of accounting/registration of statements and the documents necessary for issue of the document of allowing nature which are filed by the subject of housekeeping or person authorized by it to the state administrator or allowing body, authorized to issue documents of allowing nature, provides the organization of training and advanced training of the state administrators;
