1. Repeal orders of the ministries and other central executive bodies as the regulatory barriers which lost relevance and establishing, according to appendix.

2. To the ministries and other central executive bodies to take measures to prevention of illegal practice of the direction to accomplishment of the regulatory legal acts which did not undergo state registration and also methodical recommendations and letters which establish precepts of law.

3. This order becomes effective in two months from the date of its publication.
