About modification and amendments in some resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan

According to resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 23, 2017 No. PP-3234 "About additional measures for enhancement of activities of Public council under the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and of March 6, 2020 No. PP-4630 "About measures for further enhancement of procedure for appeal of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan on military service", and also for the purpose of further enhancement of system of performing medical examination and conscription in Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

1. Make changes and additions to some resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Service of state security, National guard and the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments in two-month time:

develop and submit for approval in the Cabinet of Ministers Regulations on procedure for performing medical examination of candidates (pupils) arriving for study (students) in the military and academic lyceums "Temurbeklar of Maktaba";

bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov and the secretary of the Security Council in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan V. V. Makhmudov.
